I enjoyed this one, but perhaps not as much as the first one. Don't know why. Perhaps because the plot didn't seem to have the drive and clear goal that the first one did?

Still, it was an enjoyable book and set up a lot of stuff that came up BIG in book 3.

I listened to the audio version of it, and the narrator is excellent.

I enjoyed this book so much. It touched my heart and gave me hope. Life is so much better if you have faith. That there is someone bigger than us, someone who loves us unconditionally.
Excellent spellbinding novel that pulls you in instantly and holds you from start to finish. Such a moving novel that takes you through the journey that began in book 1. Now...onto book 3....hope the last is the best because I'm not ready to say goodbye to Brielle and Jake yet

Amazing book, even better than the last,it had everything I look for in a novel! I was unable to put it down until I finished! It was sad, funny, and heart breaking! It may even help people with their faith, or it may help you understand someone who is going through a stage of not knowing, not believing, or not listening! This is a breath-taking thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat till you finish! This trilogy may be one of the best that I have ever read! Please read this, it was life-changing experience. Enjoy!
Shannon Dittemore is here to stay! Broken Wings is a great sequel to the author's first book, Angel Eyes. I loved the unique explanations for questions that are often asked concerning Christianity. I'll never think of hell the same! If you like fast paced stories with elements of love, terror, and bring-you-to-your-knees scenes of sorrow, Broken wings is a book you won't want to miss. The whole story was great, but the last two chapters were ones I'll never forget. I can't wait to read Dark Halo to see what becomes of Brielle and Jake. The cliffhanger ending is nearly unbearable, but it gives me a lot to look forward to in the final installment of the Angel Eyes Trilogy.
